Itinerary

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Briefing with your guide and equipment check in the evening.

After breakfast, drive to Londorossi Gate (2,100m) for registration. Begin your hike through the lush rainforest to Mti Mkubwa (Big Tree) Camp.

Climb gradually out of the forest into the heather and moorland zone, crossing several streams before arriving at Shira Plateau.

Final descent through the forest to Mweka Gate for certificates. Transfer back to Arusha for a well-earned rest.
